Eligibility criteria
The ECO4 scheme targets lower income and less efficient homes. You may qualify if:
- Your household receives qualifying benefits or has a low income.
- Your home has a low EPC rating (typically D, E, F or G).
- The property is in Wales and suitable for improvement works.
